Pixel Yarn Commissions

Hi! If you've landed here, you've likely seen my yarn work. If so, thank you! I really appreciate the support I've received, including the interest in commissions. That's why I've made this carrd. Please read the terms of service below if you wish to commission me, and thank you again for your interest!! It really means a lot.

Terms of Service

☐ I will take 5 commissions at a time. If you contact me after that, you will be placed on a waiting list for the next time I open commissions and given priority

☐ I reserve the right to do the commissions in what order I choose, but will most likely be first come first served

☐ I will accept art trades! But paid commissions will take priority

☐ The pixel art is not originally made by me! Please check out Popdalie! We have talked about a payment split and she has declined, saying the art takes her five minutes and my work takes hours. If you want to support her, be on the lookout for when she opens commissions!!

☐ These take time to make. Even only taking 5 at a time, it may take up to two weeks to finish your commission

☐ I will show you the pixel art before I start work on the actual commission in order to get approval and see if it needs changes. Payment is expected after this step

☐ As I am working with yarn, sometimes exact color matches are difficult and I must alter things from the original art. Please be patient through this process

☐ I am disabled and cannot dedicate all my time to my yarnwork and need lots of rest. Please be patient for this as well. I will keep you well updated on the status of your commission

☐ If you do not want your commission posted publicly, please let me know ahead of time as I enjoy posting work in progress shots and finished products. I may also stream yarnwork in the future, so it's imperative I know if you don't want it seen by others

☐ I accept Paypal as well as payments through Kofi, however if you need another payment method please discuss that with me ahead of time

☐ Terms of service are subject to change in the future should the need arise; please double check if you decide to commission me again in the future

☐ If I think I can't complete your commission, you will receive a full refund. If you receive the product and are unsatisfied, I will refund half the cost not including shipping

Commission Me

Pixel Yarn Characters: $15 CAD + $10 CAD shipping for within Canada and the USA, or 30$ CAD for outside Canada and the USA

These are my main product, many examples of which are in the portfolio section. Payment through Paypal or Kofi is preferred: for Paypal I will send an invoice and my Kofi is set to Canadian currency. Contact through Discord or Twitter is preferred; Email is also an option but I may not see it as quickly. You must provide reference of the character you want me to create for you, or a very robust description (assuming it's not a pop culture chararcter). I will take these in 5 commission batches.

Other Commissions: To be discussed on a case by case basis

If you see other work that I've done and are interested in it, don't be shy about asking me about it! I love all types of yarnwork and would love to make your ideas come to life. Plastic canvas structures are my favorite thing to work on, and I also enjoy things like embroidery, knitting, and rug hooking. Please note: I CANNOT CROCHET. I swear that will change someday, but at the moment it is a skill that eludes me. For example, if there is an online pattern you find that you would like me to make, I cannot do it if it is a crochet pattern. Please keep this in mind!!
